Thanks Navin - I agree. Since it is so overwhelming to imagine becoming expert at all the new possibilities, we could embrace the idea of specialisation. We run with practices that meet our particular needs and get good at them. Then the students are exposed to a variety of effective learning experiences. As time goes on, we will become more expert at more things and it should get easier because their will be an increased chance that someone on staff can help you.
